White Radish

Radishes, also known as table radishes, are the most commonly available radish variety and are sold with or without their green tops, which are also edible. Red radishes have translucent crisp white flesh with a peppery flavor and are a common addition to salads.  Radish salad is a common addition to mixed salad plates like you find in German restaurants.
