Description
These coconuts are the mature fruit of the coconut palm. They have coarse brown hair on their outer shells, with three “eyes,” or brown circles. Inside they have a water-filled cavity surrounded by firm, chewy white flesh. A good-quality coconut will be heavy for its size with enough juice to cause a sloshing sound and will be free of cracks and mold.
