Although most cauliflowers are white, we are featuring the more unusual colored varieties here aside from the usual recipes, they are a great substitute for starches – try blending into mash potatoes or pulsing them and roasting to make cauliflower rice. Cauliflower is best paired with Cumin, Curry powder, Grated cheese, Mashed potatoes.
